Our exclusive luxury oval sheepskin pet rugs are created using a single cut section of a Merino-cross North American sheepskin. These are unlike anything commonly available in the UK, with a highly dense and exceptionally soft fleece. This same fabric is used to line the footwell and boots of the most luxurious and expensive cars in the world, which demand only the finest quality.
They are also often used as small cosy foot rugs or larger seat pads, where their breathability makes for great comfort.
These skins have been cut into an oval shape which makes for the perfect lining of a pet basket, then shorn down to 25 mm and highly ironed (or polished) to create an irresistible finish. They work equally well as a sumptuously soft sheepskin to rest your feet on.

Product Care
Spot cleaning is recommended, but can be carefully machine washed (subject to machine size) if needed at up to 30°C on a wool program using wool-recommended detergent. The appearance may change if machine washed as these skins are highly polished (ironed), which is how the soft, silky finish is achieved. As with all dyed sheepskins, the colour may change after washing.
Allow to dry naturally.
