Kid mohair is sourced from the first shearing of young goats, whose finer hair produces an exceptionally soft and smooth yarn. This is considered the highest grade of mohair, prized for its luxurious feel.
Mohair is a great insulator, very warm in winter but, surprise, surprise, also cool in summer because it's very good at wicking moisture away from the skin. It’s also flame-resistant, crease-resistant, and naturally elastic, holding its shape while staying sumptuously soft.

Product Care
Handwash using a gentle wool-approved detergent and tepid water. We highly recommend Woolskin Premium Woolwash, a wonderful, all-natural detergent that cleans brilliantly and is also completely safe. Gently agitate by hand to dislodge any dirt particles, then rinse in clean, cool water. Do not wring, simply squeeze the water out and allow to dry naturally.
Do not tumble dry.
